Sandra Natachi Okeke
Sandra Natachi Okeke, (born July 29,1994) is a professional fitness trainer, fitness model, fitness blogger, and health and wellness coach from Nigeria. She started her bodybuilding career in 2017 at the age of twenty-three and launched her fitness brand the same year called SOfit— an abbreviation of “Sandra Okeke Fitness.”
Through her home and gym workout videos, Okeke delivers high energy training using creative techniques in exercise science. Through her work, she has helped thousands of women all over the world achieve their fitness goals.
Early Life & Education
The second of four children, Okeke was born in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. At the age of five, she and her family moved to the United States of America, where she grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Heritage Elementary School before heading to KIPP South Fulton Academy Middle School. After concluding her freshman year of high school at Riverwood International High School at North Springs, Georgia at the age of fifteen, she moved back to Nigeria to complete her studies at Word Of Faith School in Asaba, Nigeria. Okeke graduated with a degree in the English Language from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University at twenty-three.
Sandra started training in 2017 at the age of twenty-three and, with the help of her manager, launched her brand “SOfit” later that year. Okeke’s clients include celebrities like Laura Ikeji, Seyi Shay, Waje, and Paul Okoye.
