Scott Rates

Scott Rates is an American Journalist and news director. He has covered many high profile stories including the Death of Caylee Anthony and the crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214. He is currently the News Director and Main Anchor for North Coast News ABC 23 and FOX 28 in Eureka, California.
