UAB Serfy is a software sales company representing serfy.io It was founded in 2018 in Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union. Founders are Povilas Vytautas Dudonis and Algirdas Stasiūnaitis. UAB Serfy has raised 300 000 eur for product development and marketing.

Clients reporting issues, creating tasks or ordering a service via Serfy are able to monitor task duration, raw work time, create reports and analyze if the provider is meeting SLA promises. Serfy is the first platform for clients to manage and monitor their providers in real time.
