Seta Capital (识途资本) is a boutique M&A that is based in Milan, Italy and Shanghai, China. It is a financial advisory firm that specializes in cross-border corporate investments, M&A, partnerships, and corporate strategy. Its goal is to bridge Asian and European markets while allowing companies and entrepreneurs to leverage their own technology.[1] [2][3][4][5]<ref>

Seta Capital is an M&A advisory firm founded in 2014 with the intent to handle cross-border transactions between Europe and China. Originally, Seta Capital was created to support Chinese investors to make acquisitions in Europe. However, over time it has moved towards supporting the development of European companies in China.

Sectors[edit]

Seta Capital is involved in healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, new-energy and environmental protection, fashion, cosmetics, IT and media sectors. The four sectors with the highest potential value in Europe-Asia cross-border opportunities are: manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and new-energy & environmental protection. In fact, over 60 percent of buyer requests from China are concentrated among these four sectors.
