SevenCapital is a UK property developer based in Birmingham that also operates internationally. SevenCapital is Birmingham’s largest privately-owned property development firm.[1]

History[edit]

SevenCapital was established on 7th September 2009 by Balbinder Sohal, who remains the chairman.

In 2013, SevenCapital acquired 1 Hagley Road with planning consent to convert the building into 271 flats without altering the exterior of the building. 1 Hagley Road was completed in April 2016.

Operations[edit]

SevenCapital is a property developer [2] that works across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, employing over 130 staff and maintaining a £1.5 billion portfolio that spans 4,500 residential units and five million square feet of space.

SevenCapital operates across the globe with offices in Birmingham (HQ), London and Dubai. SevenCapital officially opened offices in Hong Kong and South Africa in 2018.

Led by chairman Bal Sohal, the SevenCapital Group has several divisions including SevenCapital, Colmore Tang Construction, SevenEvents, SevenMedia and SevenHomes.
