Dr. Shadi A. Alshdaifat is a United Arab Emirates-based Author, Professor, Reviewer, Researcher, Attorney and a Supervisor.[1] He has presented papers in many law schools and published books in International Law, International Relations, Use of Force Against Terrorism, Space Law, and International Terrorism.[1]

Education

Dr. Shadi A. Alshdaifat holds the following law degrees: LLB from Mu'tah University, Jordan in 2001; LLM from SMU Dedman School of law, Dallas, Texas in 2009, and SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) in International Law from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Fransisco, California in 2012. Furthermore, he studied law and technology at Harvard University in 2019.[2][3][4]

Alshdaifat started his carer as an Attorney in Training in law offices in Jordan. Later, he worked as an Assistant professor, member of research and training in universities, legal advisor for STC (Saudi Telecom Company) in Saudi Arabia, law firm of Mitchell and Mir and HRI (Human Rights initiative) in Texas. Dr. Shadi is currently working as an Associate professor in the University of Sharjah, College of Law. He teaches in the Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D programs different courses such as: Public International Law, International Organizations, Human Rights, Legal Studies in English, and Legal Skills in English.
