Tashif Turner also known as Sheefy McFly is an artist, rapper, producer and DJ from Detroit, Michigan..[1]. Sheefy is a prolific artist[2] and performer in Detroit and has been profiled by several media outlets[3] including the Detroit Free Press[4] and MetroTimes[5]
Sheefy has released over 20 albums including "Murals" and "Edward Elektro", the latter was his first vinyl on Moodymann's Black Mahogani label[6][7]. He attended Detroit School of Arts for high school and the College of Creative Studies after, but dropped out after a couple semesters to pursue his art[8]. His work has been exhibited at the Red Bull House of Art and he has performed at the Movement Electronic Music Festival multiple times.[9][10][11]
