From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

SIM7000C is a surface mount (SMT type) multi band LTE and dual band GSM/GPRS/EDGE module by SIMCom, which has the inbuilt support for NB-IoT[1] (Narrow band IoT) and LTE CAT M1(eMTC). It is ideal for IoT applications because of its low power consumption and compact size. It has interfaces like UART, USB2.0 and also GPIOs. This makes the integrations of this module with applications flexible and easy.

It is one of the reliable NB-IoT modules out there in the market. It has an up-link speed up to 66kbps[2] and down-link speed up to 34kbps[2]. It supports TCP and UDP protocols. These could be easily set up with the user manual provided by SIMCom. With the use of AT commands, the module is controlled.
