Mr. Asia North America 2018 is a male beauty pageant that was held at Seattle Marriott Redmond hotel on August 5th 2018 as part of the Redmond Fashion Week. The Pageant is an annual event with support from various designers & personalities was a very successful event.
Redmond Fashion Week - Promoting Arts, Culture, Diversity by Fashion - Redmond Fashion Week is all about using fashion as a tool to promote arts, culture, diversity & inclusion in City of Redmond. It is a way to bring communities together & provide a platform for designers, models, hair & makeup artists & photographers to showcase their talent & skills. Highlight of the event was Bollywood Celebrity Designer Rohit Verma with other local designers showcasing their looks on stage with over 60 models. The entrants for Mr. Asia North America 2018 competed in various rounds such as Ramp walk including traditional, sporty, formal wear & question & answer rounds.
Local Redmond resident Sooraj Nagpal was crowned by Bollywood celebrity actor Jagjit Athwal as this year's grand winner of Mr. Asia North America 2018. The prestigious event was judged by prominent celebrities Giorgio, Damian Emiliano and Ekta Saini.
Sooraj Nagpal (born February 5th) is a model, techie, volunteer & winner of the first ever Mr. Asia North America 2018. Sooraj is a Sindhi born and brought up in Chennai, India & holds a Masters in Computer Application degree. Besides working in one of the top multinational technology companies head-quartered in Redmond, Washington for more than 10 years, Sooraj is also pursuing modeling as one of his passions & is actively giving back to the community in the field of fashion & art.
