Spenser Brown

Spenser Brown (born September 27, 1990) is a former American Junior A and professional ice hockey goaltender[1], and former National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) college hockey coach for Milwaukee School of Engineering. [2]

Personal life[edit]

Brown was born on September 27, 1990 [1] to Libby and Brian Brown in Lafayette, Indiana.

Playing career[edit]

Brown played in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL), Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL), Western States Hockey League (WSHL), United States Hockey League (USHL), and East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). He recorded a 0.925 save percentage and 2.03 goals against average with the Idaho Steelheads over 40 games [1] before suffering a career-ending injury.

Coaching career[edit]

After undergoing hip, stomach, and jaw reconstructive surgeries, Brown coached NCAA Division III hockey. He served as an Assistant Coach at Milwaukee School of Engineering[2], while obtaining his college degrees and graduating as valedictorian. [3]
