Stevan Čalić

Stevan Čalić (Kupinovo, 1892 – Šabac 1943)[1]was a prominent Serbian academic painter who studied abroad.[2]
Stevan Čalić studied art at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Prague from 1919 until 1924 under the tutelage of professor Vlaho Bukovac from 1919 to 1921; and professor Franz Thiele (1968-1945) from 1921 to 1924.[3]
