StudentsVille is an accommodation service based in Florence, Italy, that has focuses on short to medium term rentals in Italy.[1]. Founded in 2001, as a travel-info blog, it became part of Konnettiamo SRL, a web marketing agency, in 2018.
History[edit]
Born in 2001 it concentrated mainly on the Florentine area, and passing on local information regarding the city. In 2006 it is considered a valuable internet resource for tourists visiting, by Lonely Planet[2][3].
With the influx of international students coming to Italy[4] StudentsVille expands to other Italian cities and visa permit information.[5]
Expansion[edit]
In 2017, StudentsVille is bought out by Konnettiamo SRL[6], which invests in the website bringing major focus to cities all around Italy
