TeoDuoProperty is a Singapore Real Estate partnership between a father and son duo, Peter Teo and Ian Teo. Peter and Ian are real estate consultants who assist their clients in making better property decisions through market analysis, data analysis and their expertise in the field. Together, TeoDuoProperty helps families and individuals to grow their wealth through their unique step-by-step strategies.[1]

Because of their heartfelt service and expertise, Peter and Ian have both numerous awards and testimonials from their clients.[2]

Background[edit]

Peter graduated from the University of Buffalo with an Executive Master's of Business Administration. Ian also graduated University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Business Administration. The duo have used their background knowledge and expertise to add value by helping their clients do various analyses, and through all these analyses, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of a property can be identified.

Peter and Ian are part of Singapore's largest listed Real Estate Agency, PropNex.[3] During its initial listing debut, shares of the company jumped 10%, and as quoted from an article, "The IPO overall was about 2.2 times subscribed based on the 42.5 million shares on offer - 40.375 million on placement and 2.125 million for the public". [4]

Mobile video revenue consists of pay-per-view downloads, advertising, and subscriptions. As of 2013, worldwide mobile phone Internet user penetration was 73.4%. In 2017, figures suggest that more than 90% of Internet users will access online content through their phones.[10]
