Plot[edit]
The Cannabis Diary unfolds in a lush green deserted estate bordering the forest on the high altitudes of Rohru, Himachal Pradesh. The Film is about Marijuana, a classified narcotic substance which is illegal to produce, sell and consume. The Film showcase how Cannabis plays an important role as a lifesaver for those who are suffering from chronic diseases such as Parkinson's disease, especially when the patient looses all the hopes from legal medicines available in the open market.[1], [2]

The Film has been produced by Shankara Motion Pictures. The film was shot in Rohru (Himachal Pradesh), Hisar and Sonipat (Haryana) and Mumbai (Maharashtra). The Cannabis Diary had a nationwide OTT release in India on May 21, 2022, currently streaming on Mx player[3] and Hungama Play[4]
