The Criminal[4][5] is an upcoming Indian mystery thriller film written by Sudezigen and directed by Arumugum. It features debutants Mahesh Cp[6], Jahnavi in the lead roles.

Plot[edit]
On an enigmatic night. Shiva ( hero), a multi-millionaire on his way to kill a target. The target was given by the unknown lady. In his travel, Shiva gets situationally struck inside a bungalow along with a prostitute named Santhosha Roopa. Shiva in a critical situation tries hard to find out his Target, The cunning prostitute Santhosha Roopa helps him to find his target. Unfortunately the prostitute Santhosha Roopa never ever thought that she is the target that Shiva wants to kill.
Production[edit]
Kamala arts started production in March 2020. When the team preparing for the second schedule COVID-19 pandemic hits badly and the works stopped. The crew continued the shooting in July 2021. Most of the filming was done in Chennai. Other shoots were done in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Debutante music director Apple PineApple composes songs and BGM for the movie.
