The Muddy Basin Ramblers

The Muddy Basin Ramblers (Chinese: 泥灘地浪人) is a jug band that was formed in Taipei, Taiwan, in 2003.[1], consisting of four members: David Chen (vocals, guitar), Conor Prunty (harmonica), Tim Hogan (percussion) and Will Thelin (vocals). In 2004, Sandy Murray (saxophone) and TC Lin (trumpet, washtub bass) joined the group. The band released its first album, David Chen and the Muddy Basin Ramblers, in 2007[2]. Its second album, the Formosa Medicine Show [3], was released in 2013, and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Recording Package[4] at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.[5]
