Founded in 1982, The Securities House (SH) is a public shareholding investment company based in the State of Kuwait, regulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Capital Markets Authority.[1]

The Securities House has a total shared capital of 48,000,000.000 Kuwaiti Dinar.[2]

Current Holdings[edit]

In 2007, SH established its subsidiary Gatehouse Bank plc as a Shariah compliant wholesale bank in the United Kingdom and is regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).[3]

In 2005, SH acquired Al-Shall Company for Economic Consultancies K.S.C and changed its name to Al Aman Investment Company to become the asset management investment arm of The Securities House.[4]
