The Spirit of Christmas(2015 Film)
The Spirit of Christmas is a 2015 American television romance film Written by Tracy Andreen, directed by David Jackson and starring Thomas Beaudoin and Kati Salowsky.1 12 days before Christmas, Kate is trying to close the sale of a historic inn, only to find a handsome stranger, Daniel, interrupting her. He is the ghost of a man who died a century ago at the house, and he needs her help to unravel the mystery of his annual holiday haunting.
The film is about a lawyer who is tasked with completing the appraisal on a house on Christmas. At the House, she has a chance encounter with a handsome stranger, with whom she butts heads over the sale of the estate. Later, she discovers that he is in fact a ghost that haunts the estate. On the 12 days of Christmas, he becomes corporeal and wanders around the estate. Kate finds out that Daniel died under mysterious circumstances, and she takes on the task of helping him find out who was responsible for his death. During this time, they get to know each other, and soon Kate learns to believe in romance, holidays, and the spirit of Christmas. Filmed on location in Wrentham, Massachusetts, The Spirit of Christmas first aired on December 19th, 2015 on the Hallmark Channel.2
