In 2021 in fall, a 2D animated reboot will air, Mattel announced a new co-production ship with Nelvana and Corus Entertainment, both drivers and firemen are not present and there will be no narrator. Thomas will have blue eyes, like some cartoon rabbits, Thomas will have a Tooth like that, and his siderods will be removed.
