Tjizwina or commonly referred to as Sebina is a village in the Central district of Botswana, roughly about 53km from the nearest major town of Francistown. The village includes many ethnic groups, the two major ethnic groups being Bakalanga and Bakhurutshe.

Tjizwina has a 24 hour operated clinic which also has a maternity wing for deliveries and serves as the ARV dispensary center for the village and its nearby smaller settlements. The village has several pre school, a primary school and a community junior school which admits students from other surrounding villages.

The natives of Tjizina are mostly subsistence farmers with ploughing fields and cattle posts on the outskirts of the village. The common staple food of the major tribe called Bakalanga found in this village is phane or mophane worms and lebelebele or zengwe in local language, whereas commonly called millet in English. the village hosts two fueling stations, several alcohol drinking bars and several shops with no major shopping malls. The villagers have several entertainment centers. It comprises of several churches or worship places which are 100 percent Christian.

In conclusion the village is a vibrant one with a couple of Tuck shops and a fresh produce store. Other notable infrastructures in the village include a kgotla which is traditional gathering place that serves as a traditional court too. The village also has a night club by the name 'Sebina Night Club'
