From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Mrs. America Rhode Island 2004 Traci Stafford Clemens made history in her state pageant by being the first and only African American Queen crowned in her state to date. She went on to the nationally televised Mrs. America pageant and created history there as well by being the first and only visibly pregnant contestant to date. She was six months pregnant with twins. Traci received no special accommodations in wardrobe or choreography. The Mrs. America pageant is to celebrate the beauty of married women and the overall beauty of marriage. Mrs. Rhode Island 2004 Traci Stafford-Clemens was just that.
