Tropical Storm Pogi (disambiguation)
Tropical Storm Pogi has been used by PAGASA for storms that enter or form their Philippine Area of Responsibility. Pogi means handsome in Filipino. After 2003, PAGASA decided to replace it with Pedring for future seasons, but due to Typhoon Nesat (Pedring)’s widespread damages in Luzon, it was then replaced with Perla for future seasons.
Typhoon Maemi (Pogi) {2003}- A Category 5 Super typhoon which devastated Korea in 2003.
Typhoon Nesat (Pedring) {2011}- A devastating Category 4 storm which battered Luzon hardly.
