Founded in Lithuania, the company is one of the leading parcel services in the Baltic States today (with 35 mln EUR annual revenue in 2019) and is rapidly expanding to other countries worldwide. History

Founded in Lithuania in 2004, Venipak has become one of the largest domestic parcel services in a few years. Continuing its expansion in the neighbouring Baltic States, in 2006 the company started shipping parcels to Latvia and Estonia and in 2010 already used its’ own trademark while delivering shipments overseas. In 2011 the company was already shipping in average 20,000 packages per day.

An even more intense development of the company began after updating company’s brand in 2012. As a result, in 2019, Venipak opened its’ representative offices in Poland, Germany, Hong Kong and the United States. Being one of the leading parcel services in the Baltic States today, the company captures the fastest growth in the region - increasing it's revenue by 20-30% each year.

Important milestones:

·       In 2004, Venipak starts delivering express parcels in Lithuania.

·       In 2006, parcels start to be delivered to Latvia and Estonia.

·       In 2010, Venipak moves on to modern terminals in all Lithuanian cities (7000 m2 of common area).

·       In 2010, parcels start to be delivered to Poland.

·       In 2010, Venipak obtains an ISO 9001 certificate confirming the high-quality assurance level.

·       In 2011, on average, the company is shipping 20,000 packages per day.

·       In 2012, Venipak continues the development of its business plan and refreshes its’ trademark.

·       In 2019, Venipak opens its representative offices in Poland, Germany, Hong Kong and the United States.

Further development

Having new representative offices in Poland, Germany, Hong Kong and the United States the company plans to continue their intensive expansion during the coming years and start establishing branches in many other European countries. No less important is the project of the largest and most modern parcel terminal in Lithuania. The parcel sorting terminal with an area of 10 thousand square meters, will start to operate in Vilnius by the end of 2020. Seeking to become the leading parcel services in the Baltic region the company also plans to focus on further development of its’ services in neighbouring countries.

·      Venipak Pick up – provides an opportunity to pick up your shipments in strategically convenient locations – Pick-up points, to forward the parcels to the closest Pick-up point, availability to prepay for services.
