Villa Collina
Villa Collina is a privately owned, 40,250-square-foot waterfront mansion in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is the largest home in Tennessee and the 74th largest home in the country.
Villa Collina is owned by Vanquish Worldwide CEO and entrepreneur Dr. Eric W. Barton[1].
The Italian Renaissance-style home was constructed between 1995-2000. It is situated on an 8-acre lawn overlooking the Tennessee River and the Great Smoky Mountains.
The mansion has a total of 86 rooms: eight bedrooms, 11 full baths and five half baths, commercial-grade kitchen, three-story library, 2,600-square-foot wine cellar, 11 fireplaces, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, spa, sauna, dance floor, elevator, home theater, six-car garage, guest suite and staff quarters.
The home includes intricately elaborate details, such as hidden passageways, secret doors, gold faucets, hand-painted lavatory bowls and Turkish Afyon sugar marble.
Villa Collina was featured as the Wall Street Journal’s House of the Day[2] and its master suite has been featured on HGTV’s “Million Dollar Rooms.[3]”
