Vungle was founded on 27 January 2011 by Zain Jaffer and Jack Smith in San Francisco Bay Area[4], it was acquired by Blackstone Group for $750M on Jul 15, 2019.[5][6][7]

In 2017, Zain Jaffer stepped down as CEO of Vungle for charges of assault.[8] All charges were subsequently dropped.[9]

Operations[edit]

Vungle offers mobile advertisement solutions, including a SDK for app developers to monetize their contents.[10]
