William Cahill is a South African Rhodes Scholar and oarsman who raced in the three seat for Oxford in the 2018 Oxford Cambridge Boat Race on the championship course in London.. Having attended high school at St. Andrew's College (Grahamstown), Cahill went on to study a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, before reading for a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University
