XALT Energy, LLC

XALT Energy is a developer and manufacturer of energy storage technologies based on its lithium-ion chemistries of nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) and lithium titanate oxide (LTO). Their manufacturing[1] [2] and headquarters are located in Midland, MI. The company has a research and development facility in Pontiac, MI[3].

The company provides energy storage solutions for marine, commercial transportation, specialty applications, grid and stationary.

History Initially launched as Dow Kokam, which was formed in 2009, the name was changed to XALT Energy in 2013[4].
