At the age of 15, eager and ready to record his music, Randy reached out to Gilbert, a friend of the family for help in the matter, since he was a professional musician and producer. After a few sessions, Gilbert had to abandon Randy's project in order to take care of his own two bands and other productions he had programmed. Nevertheless, he did not abandon Randy, instead he pushed him to turn himself into his very own recording engineer, and provided some equipment and software to do so.
