The 561 runs from Warnbro railway station along Safety Bay Road, then along Warnbro Sound Avenue until Secret Harbour Boulevard. It then travels along the entire length of Secret Harbour Boulevard before crossing Warnbro Sound Avenue to arrive at Comet Bay College. Following this, the bus returns to Warnbro Station, following the same route but in reverse
