Poly(A)-binding protein (PABP, green) was fused to the INT domain (PABP-INT, green-yellow) and co-expressed with MVP (blue) under a doxycycline (Dox) inducible promoter, enabling temporal capture of cellular mRNA via PABP’s affinity for poly(A) tails.
