The company was founded by Lead Rockie on July 12, 2022, and is known for producing premium audio songs for artists such as Karitas Kario, Aida Vee, Angela Kalule, and Saava Karim. The Hills & Vines Band made its debut performance on Valentine's Day at the French Club Waltham. The African-Jazz, contemporary live band is composed of Lead Rockie (Charles Baluku), Bruno 'Semax' Semanda (vocalist), Karitas Kario (vocalist), Eric Wabulo (drummer), and Amanda Nassirye (vocalist). The band has worked with numerous notable musicians, including Bobi Wine, Julius Kakembo, George Mulindwa, and many more. Hills & Vines Records is set to launch the Hills & Vines Academy, a music academy that aims to recognize, improve, and develop music skills in both adults and minors.
