Love Island España is a Spanish version of the original English Love Island dating game show, which was revived in 2015. The series are all narrated by TBA. Cristina Pedroche began presenting the series in 2021. The series is the originator of the international Love Island franchise. The first season was announced in 2020, and was later won by Miguel Lopèz & Celia Zanón.[1][2] It is broadcast in a luxury villa on the island of Gran Canaria.[3]
Reception
The Spain edition was announced in January 2021, and Cristina Pedroche confirmed she would be hosting the season. On 7 April 2021, the cast of the season was revealed. The first episode aired on 11 April 2021 and the season ended on 20 May 2021, with Miguel Lopèz and Celia Zanón being the winners, and two other couples being second and third.
