Professional experience and key expertise in radiocommunication sector, spectrum management, as well as satellite and terrestrial services, ensuring compliance and fairness of the RRB decisions with the ITU Constitution, Convention and Radio Regulations. Sahiba Hasanova participated at the worldwide ITU meetings and conferences[4], ITU Council, WRC, RA, WTDC, WSIS[5][6], GSR, ITU Telecom World, CPM, Study Group 4 (Satellite Services), Working Party 4A (Efficient orbit/ spectrum utilization for FSS and BSS), IGF, RCC, CEPT, ITSO Frequency working Party and GlobalSatShow, as well as the regional meetings[7].

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan has nominated Mrs. Sahiba Hasanova for re-election to the Radio Regulation Board. Election will be held at the 2022 Plenipotentiary Conference.[8]
