Sexual Help Service™ is part of ‘Health Caucasus™‘ and has long been the market leader in tele-andrology with a focus on men's sexual well-being in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and the entire Black Sea region. In 2022 the service launched its global operations.
Purpose and origin[edit]
When telemedicine was established, sexual medicine, especially for men, came up short outside of Western liberal countries. Sexual Help Service™ was the first team to break this taboo. With special attention to discreet self-help, educational dossiers and protected chats, the team of Dr. Abbas and Dr. Strelkov became increasingly in demand. In 2022, the service went online globally, in the first phase on the platform of a British provider, which is considered particularly secure.
The service[edit]
Sexual Help Service™ offers educational and self-help dossiers for download, always combined with the possibility of contacting an andrologist or urologist via chat or e-mail. This double service has been established since the beginning. In the early years, before the omipresence of the internet, the self-help dossiers were still sent by mail and instead of chat or e-mail confidential postal correspondence was used. Today, men with sexual health questions have the dossiers available online for instant download and doctors can be consulted via e-mail or Telegram chat. All services are based on the very strict EU data protection regulations, although the service is based in Europe but not in the EU.
Remote treatments[edit]
The Sexual Help Service™ focuses on helping men to help themselves to overcome their issues. The doctors guide and advise, but no remote treatment in the legal sense takes place, as this would inevitably break the anonymity of the patients. Nevertheless, in many cases the consultation replaces the embarrassing visit to a local andrologist, since many questions can be clarified in a purely consultative manner.
Languages[edit]
In the early days, Sexual Help Service™ was available in English, Polish, Croatian, Italian, Turkish and Russian. Since the transition to a global operation, the dossiers are available exclusively in English, the chats with the doctors are offered in English, German and French.
