Solver, Inc. is the name of a software company that sells a cloud corporate performance management (CPM) solution. Solver, Inc. is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and has over 15 offices globally, 200+ partners, and 3,000+ customers worldwide. Major consulting partners include BKD, DXC/Enavate, Sikich, RSM, and Velosio among others.

Solver, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Solver CEO Nils Rasmussen. Solver, Inc. was a initially the distributor of a product called Enterprise Reporting that was acquired by Microsoft in 1998. In 2010, the company launched BI360. The BI360 suite was comprised of planning (budgeting forecasting & modeling) reporting (financials, consolidations, operations and sales), dashboard and data warehouse modules. The product replaced the dashboard module with an integration to Power BI by Microsoft in 2019.

In 2020, Solver Inc. rebranded BI360 to Solver[1].

It has connectors to Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Acumatica, Altec DocLink, Binary Stream, CSV, Google Analytics, NetSuite, ODATA, Olympic Systems, QuickBooks Online, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage 500, Sage Intacct, Sage x3, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, and Microsoft SQL databases[2].
