Parliamentary constitutional state

A parliamentary constitutional state is any nation state with a parliament and a written constitution. Many are republics, and as such are "parliamentary constitutional republics". Some may exist under a monarchical framework, such as Canada, and as such are "parliamentary constitutional monarchies".
