The Oriental Pinwheel flower, Crape Jasmine, East India Rosebay or the Nero's Crown (Tabernaemontana divaricata) is the Official “Nationalised plant of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh” respectively. Vascular plants form a large group of land plants (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embryophyte) (c.300,000 accepted known species)[5] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vascular_plant#cite_note-Christenhusz-Byng2016-5). They include the clubmosses, horsetails, ferns, gymnosperms (including conifers) and angiosperms (flowering plants). As of July 2019, **Bangladesh** Ranks 59 with its 5,000 Vascular plant species within country, of which 23 are Threatened Bangla-Deshi plant species (2018). Which also the same as Cambodia’s own Ranking in this regard, but with 14 more threatened plant species in the same Region respectively. The stem exudes a milky latex when broken, whence the name Milk flower.
