VTS Inc (View The Space) is a commercial real estate leasing and asset management platform for landlords and brokerages based in New York City. The company was founded in 2012 by Nick Romito, Ryan Masiello, and Karl Baum. In 2016, the company raised $55 million in Series C funding and in 2019 $90 million in funding which put the company’s valuation at $1 billion.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

In 2017, VTS merged with its competitor, Hightower, and the company’s co-founders Brandon Weber, Niall Smart, and Donald Desantis joined ranks with Romito, Masiello, and Baum.[6] In October 2019, VTS acquired PropertyCapsule for $20 million to expand its business to retail customers and launched VTS Retail in January 2020.[7][8] In February 2020, VTS was names a CRE Tech Influencer of the Year by GlobeSt.[9]

VTS Inc is headquartered in New York City, with offices in four other cities and plans to expand into Toronto, Canada.[10][11]
