35th Street Red Hots is a Chicago-style hot dog stand that opened in 2005, located in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, close to Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox. The stand was created by the original owners of The Wieners Circle, Barry Nemerow and Jeff Greenfield.[1]

The stand serves a limited menu of Polish sausages, fried shrimp, and "depression-style" Chicago hot dogs, which include boiled Vienna Beef sausages, mustard, relish, onion, and sport peppers. All orders come with hand-cut french fries. Customers who request ketchup on a hot dog must ring a "bell of shame."
