Abhi Golhar (born Abhijeet Golhar on August 20, 1984) is an Indian American entrepreneur, author, speaker, and media personality. He has hosted three nationally syndicated radio shows on the Wall Street Business Network owned by the Salem Media Group (SCA-Palo Alto, LLC).[1] covering financial news/talk topics related to entrepreneurship, business, and real estate investing.[2] Golhar is best known for his work as a business growth and turnaround strategist with Arkenea[3] and operational strategy as co-founder of NPHub,[4] a tech-enabled healthcare education services company located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Early life[edit]

Golhar was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and grew up in Portage, Michigan. At age 15, he launched his first business, MAX Technologies, troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues for his local community. Golhar graduated from Portage Central High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2006.[5]

Career[edit]

Golhar's career spans startups, business strategy, SaaS, investing, and broadcast media. He co-founded a healthcare education company, NPHub and a technology-driven business strategy company, Arkenea. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes,[6] and the Huffington Post,[7] among other nationally recognized publications.

Meridian 84[edit]

In 2019, Golhar founded Meridian 84, a company that acquires and grows amazing internet companies and holds partnership interests in startups and real estate partnerships in the midwest and southeastern United States.

Cash Sale Quick Close[edit]

After graduating college in 2006, Golhar co-founded Cash Sale Quick Close, a real estate services agency focused on identifying and helping deeply distressed homeowners find the best exit strategies for their homes and seller financed notes for acquisition by investor groups located in the Midwest.

Re-launched in early 2020, Golhar and his Atlanta-based team created custom workflows and smart software that uses artificial intelligence to qualify potential opportunities either as fix-and-flip or single-family rentals in the southeastern United States for acquisition by boutique real estate investment firms and institutional investors nationwide.

Finuva[edit]

Golhar invested in Finuva, a real estate fintech company who identified an opportunity to make earnest money and security deposits transfers easier and more transparent using technology.

NPHub[edit]

In 2017, Golhar, along with his business partner, Krish Chopra, founded NPHub, an agency, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Company focuses on filling gaps in healthcare education by matching nurse practitioners with experienced teaching healthcare providers, otherwise known as preceptors, nationwide for university programs such as Herzing University, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Indiana State University, University of Michigan-Flint, and others.

In 2018, Golhar and his team developed an online web platform which officially launched in January 2019 and doubled the company's revenue. NPHub has also launched NPHub Academy which partners with industry influencers to connect healthcare professionals with digital content to help accelerate their careers.

Access Medical Group[edit]

In 2012, Golhar co-founded Access Medical Group, (DBA “AMG Clinicals”), a company based in Atlanta, Georgia focused on foreign medical education for medical students and medical graduates. The company partnered with non-US based medical schools such as the International American University College of Medicine, Trinity Medical Sciences University, and University of Health Sciences (Antigua), to provide clinical clerkships and clinical internships to students under the supervision of local physicians credentialed at US-based hospitals, such as Atlanta Medical Center, Piedmont Hospital, and WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center in metro Atlanta, Georgia.

Rent2Buy[edit]

In 2003, Golhar co-founded Rent2Buy with his mentor, Michael Burke in Ann Arbor, MI. The company focused alternative solutions to foreclosure for residential homeowners using a lease purchase contract, or Rent2Buy, model. The company completed 500+ Rent2Buy transactions prior to being purchased by a national car rental agency.

Champions of Failure[edit]

In 2020, Golhar created ‘’Champions of Failure’’, a video series chronicling Golhar's travels across the country interviewing both new and experienced entrepreneurs and small business owners about their successes, grave mistakes, immense failures, and most importantly, the lessons learned to help them bounce back in business. In the series, Golhar implements operations, technology, and finance strategies to demonstrate business growth and generation of multiple revenue streams.

Think Realty Podcast[edit]

In May 2019, Think Realty launched the Think Realty Podcast,[8][9] a video podcast, with Golhar as its host. The podcast has featured many industry experts as guests and Golhar covers topics around real estate investing, markets, and tools to help investors scale their business.

The Abhi Golhar Show[edit]

In March 2018, Golhar accepted an opportunity to host a live, local show based in Buckhead Atlanta on biz1190 WAFS. The show covered topics related to business, entrepreneurship, technology, and finance with a “Final 10” segment including expert guests such as Kevin Harrington, one of the original sharks on Shark Tank on ABC. Golhar's show was picked up to go national, making it Golhar's third nationally syndicated radio show. Both The Abhi Golhar Show and Think Realty Radio inspired Golhar's book, SENSE: A Personal Journey of Achieving Optimum Investment Returns with Real Estate.

Think Realty Radio[edit]

In January 2018, Golhar was dubbed the host of Think Realty Radio,[10][11] his second nationally syndicated, daily radio show on the Wall Street Business Network owned by the Salem Media Group, with a broadcast audience of 600,000+ daily across 43 cities nationwide. The radio show featured interviews with industry influencers and professionals such as Doug Duncan, Chief Economist at Fannie Mae and Gary Beasley, CEO of Roofstock and covered topics including investment and business strategies, current market analysis, how to identify potential real estate investment deals, property acquisition, and lending. Think Realty retired the radio show in April 2019 and replaced it with the Think Realty Podcast in May 2019 as Golhar as its host.

Real Estate Deal Talk[edit]

In 2014, Golhar launched Real Estate Deal Talk, a daily video blog on Periscope and subsequently on YouTube featuring guests such as Vanilla Ice. In 2016, Golhar debuted Real Estate Deal Talk as his first nationally syndicated radio show on the Wall Street Business Network in Orlando, Florida, Dallas, Texas, Denver, Colorado, Atlanta, Georgia, and Tampa, Florida. The show's programming included topics such as real estate investing, general finance, and market trends with regular, nationally recognized expert guests offering their commentary on the real estate market and current winning strategies; and was produced in Golhar's apartment in Midtown Atlanta. At 450+ shows, Golhar retired both the national radio and YouTube show in December 2017.
