Adela Lami is an Albanian- American actress and dancer. She is best known for her roles in Plastic French and The Real Dirty Dancing films.[1] She was born October 6, 1993 in Tirane, Albania.[2]
Career[edit]
Adela began her career at 15 years when she was featured in TV Show called Star Academy in Albania. At the age of 16, she worked as a professional dancer at the Star Academy tv show.[3] She made her first appearance in Dancing with the stars, Albania in 2014 and was part of the show for three years before moving to New York.[4]
In 2012, she joined Ajkun Ballet Theatre as a soloist for 4 years till 2017.[5] Adela then went into ballroom dancing while working for studios such as Dance with Me and The Arthur Murray.[6][7] She was part of Dancing in the Crowd, a show by Valetin and Maksim Chmerkovskiy in 2019. Adela participated in Asheville Stars Ball in July 2019 in North Carolina, USA.[8]
Her performances include Firenze Danza European Stag in 2014[9] and the Fine International Arts company in Xian, China in 2017.[10][11]
