Austin Pollock is an Australian television Journalist. He is a reporter for the news outlet 6 News Australia, starting at the company in April 2022.[1]
Career[edit]
After founding 4 News, a small news outlet that was later shut down, in 2020, he presented and directed the network for 2 years before joining 6 News Australia, which was founded by Leonardo Puglisi.[2][3]
He has interviewed notable politicians including Former Health Minister Greg Hunt in 2021, the day before NSW entered lockdown.[4]
Following the 2022 federal election, he spoke with Max Chandler-Mather who had just been elected into the parliament, where he commented on new details for the seat of Griffith.[5]
Since joining 6 News Australia, he has filed numerous reports, including special reports and investigations; as well as presenting multiple bulletins for the station.[6][7]
