Chanchal Debnath, (Bengali: চঞ্চল দেবনাথ) also known as Chanchal Da/Uncle, is an Indian politician, Nadia Zilla Parishad - Fishery and animals Karmadhaksh and the current president of the Haringhata & Nagarukhra Town Trinamool Congress.

Chanchal Debnath was born in Nagarukhra[1], Nadia during 1970s. He was one of the founder of Trinamool Congress in Haringhata Block. Although he is a controversial figure[2] in Haringhata Assembly & also respected in his native localities and constituencies.[3].
