Early life and education[edit]
Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan was born in Clappana, Kollam District, Kerala state on 1st October 1967. He completed his schooling from SVHS Clappana and PDC from Fatima Mata National College, Kollam. Later he moved to Mumbai and did his Man-made Textile Technology from Sasmira, Mumbai. He passed B Com from Madurai Kamaraj University and M.B.A. from Alagappa University. In 2017 Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan was awarded Ph. D in Human Resource Management by Commonwealth Vocational University, Tonga.
In 1985 Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan joined his father’s business of Seagull Tours and Travels and took over the business from his father and started the Overeseas the Recruitment Divisin in the name of Seagull International and steered Seagull to indomitable heights with his sheer passion, hard work and business acumen.

The pilgrimage was sanctioned by Sree Narayana Guru, the great Saint, Philosopher, poet, social reformer of Kerala. The aim of the Pilgrimage is planned to focus attention on eight subjects (1) Education, (2) Cleanliness, (3) Piety, (4) Organization (5) Agriculture (6) Trade & Commerce, (7) Handicrafts & (8) Science & Technology. Experts on these subjects should be invited to lectures on these subjects and the pilgrims should listen attentively. Organized Seminars on all these subjects and it was huge success. Organised a Job Fair in association with Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India where 34000 job aspirants were attended and 3019 candidates were offered job. More than 50 employers were participated in the event.
