Lillian Gimuguni Nabaasa is a Ugandan educator, and academic administrator. She is the Academic Registrar of Busitema University found in Eastern Uganda..[1][2]. She served as Academic Registrar of Uganda Christian University, Mbale Campus in Mbale District up to 2018[3].
Background and education[edit]
She is married to Mr. John Gimuguni with three sons and two daughters. She holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University. She also holds a degree of Master of Arts in Education from Makerere University. Her degree of Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) in Educational Planning and Economics from Kisii University, Kenya[4]
Career[edit]
She is an educator, taught Economics and Geography[5]. She has taught in several schools including King’s College Budo, Nabumali High School, Mbale Secondary School, and Kabale Secondary. She was a member of the board of governance and management committee for several schools including Hornby High School, Kabale Preparatory and secondary schools, and Rugama Hospital.
She has also worked in higher institutions of learning where she held different roles including as lecturer and Head of Education, Economics, School Practice, and Research Departments.
She works as an Academic Registrar of Busitema University at present and previously as Academic Registrar for Uganda Christian University (until 2018)[6].
