Rudolph Cornelius Martin Oudshoff[4] (May 18, 1902 – December 18, 1984) was a three-term mayor of Melbourne, Florida from 1954 to 1955 and 1956 to 1958.

He was born May 18, 1902, in Chicago, the son of John Lambert Oudshoff and Alice Ada Oudshoff.

He also served as a commissioner for the Brevard County Housing Authority.[5]
