Sergey Mikhailovich Timchenko (also spelled Sergey Timtchenko) - chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine. Subsequently, the department was transformed and received the name of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre. The state structure was one of the first in the country to be transferred to block chain technology. In Russia and the countries of the former USSR, Sergey Timchenko also gained fame as a "bearer of ideal family values" - publications under the heading "notes of a happy person" in social networks cause violent reactions of followers - both positive and negative. He is the cofounder of the International Institute of Strategic Land Reforms in Princeton, New Jersey, United States

Place of birth, education[edit]

He was born in Krasny Luch, Lugansk region. In 2003 he graduated from the Donbass Mining and Metallurgical Institute. In 2008 - Donetsk State University of Management (Master in Management of Foreign Economic Affairs). From 2009 to 2014 he studied at the Academy of Internal Affairs, majoring in law.

Career[edit]

He worked in Lugansk at enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, in particular, was deputy director of Motor Plus LLC.

In 2003-2005, - head of the organizational department, deputy chairman of the Lugansk regional branch of the Party of Regions. The next two years he worked as an assistant to the people's deputy.

In the years 2007-2008, - First Deputy General Director of the State Enterprise "Center of State Land Cadastre at the State Committee for Land Resources of Ukraine."

Since May 2008 - Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (Raisa Bogatyreva).

In 2010, he headed the General Directorate for Control over the Improvement of Kyiv in Kyiv City State Administration.

In November 2010, he was appointed Deputy General Director - Head of Technical Programs of the State Enterprise "State Land Cadastre Center".

From June 2011 to March 2014 - Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine.

Author and creator of the State Land Cadastre of Ukraine (2013).

He was awarded the Order of Merit of the 3rd degree, a medal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2013)

Sports and hobbies[edit]

He started his sports activity in 1978 at the age of 6 years. It was boxing. He became a two-time Champion of Ukraine in boxing - in 1984 and 1985. He works in boxing until today. For more than 10 years he patronized the Fight Club in Ukraine.

Received the following honorary posts in sports life:

Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Boxing Federation of Lviv region of Ukraine - 2006-2012.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MMA Russia - 2012 - 2017.

President and founder of the Battle Force of the Siberian Force Woodang in China, TIM CHEN CO Corporation - 2008 - 2015.

The ideologist of the ANTNARCOTIC UNION in Russia - 2012 - 2017.

He received many awards at the national and international levels. One of the most outstanding among them was the award of the Union of MMA, given to Sergei Timchenko by the President of the Union of MMA - Fedor Emelianenko in 2014.

Public activities and philanthropy[edit]

Since 2017 he lives and works in the USA. He is the cofounder of the International Institute of Strategic Land Reforms in Princeton, New Jersey.
