English phrase said by Chinese President Jiang Zemin during a press conference with Hong Kong reporters to discuss the new government that would take the place of the former British government in Hong Kong. The phrase "too simple, sometimes naive" comes from President Jiang Zemin, who was leader of The People's Republic of China from 1993–2003, where he goes on a rant about Hong Kong media.
