Črni bratje

Črni bratje (Black Brothers) were a secret illegal anti-fascist association of Slovenian students in fascist Italy, inspired by the TIGR organization.
In September 1930, shortly after the Italian liquidation of the leading members of TIGR near Bazovica, it was founded in Gorizia by students Zorko Rejec, Miroslav (Mirko) Brezavšček, Danilo Pirc and Just Brezigar.
Within a few months, the Italian fascists discovered and tortured them. Mirko Brezavšček, 14, died on 21 February 1931 as a result of torture.

Zgodba je z nekaj fiktivnimi elementi temelj povesti Franceta Bevka Črni bratje iz 1952 in filmske upodobitve Črni bratje v režiji Tuga Štiglica iz 2010. O Črnih bratih je za filmsko upodobitev Drago Mislej - Mef ustvaril tudi istoimensko pesem.
With a few fictional elements, the story of Črni bratje is the basis of France Bevk's story Črni bratje from 1952 and the film portrayal Črni bratje directed by Tuga Štiglica from 2010 (sl). Drago Mislej-Mef also created a song of the same name about the Black Brothers.
