Ġużè Bonnici (born 14 August 1907 in Valletta, Malta, died 6 October 1940) was a Maltese politician and author.

Son of Pawlu and Ġovanna, born Debono Bonnici, both from Gozo, Bonnici was their second child. He was educated in the city’s primary school, the Gozo Seminary and the University of Malta from where he obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.C. in 1927. In 1931 he became a doctor, and was appointed Head of Department at the Central Hospital. In 1934 he married Evelyn Testa and had three sons.
